I hope I don't offend anyone by posting this, but these diapers have to be the grossest thing ever.

Pampers has made a diaper where you just change the insert- not the diaper! So, the same material is touching the baby's "area" until you change the diaper. This is so disgusting- especially on a girl. Yeast infections, anyone?
